Blue akoya pearls with their funky baroque shapes are interspersed with sparkly labradorite beads. Looks amazing worn by itself or styled by layering it with other necklaces. 

Blue akoyas get their color by accident. Sort of. When the nucleus is inserted into the oyster, the process is very delicate and just a small error in positioning will cause the color to come out blue. Deliberate cultivation of blue akoya pearls is rare, most are still discovered by accident!
