After careful consideration and in response to the evolving needs of our clients, we are excited to announce that Jewelsmith will shift our primary focus to the design and creation of custom and ready-to-wear jewelry, and restoration and repurposing jewelry through our customized makeover services.

Thus, Jewelsmith will no longer provide jewelry repair services for outside jewelry. We will always remain committed to honoring our warranty for past repairs and Jewelsmith-purchased and created jewelry. We will also continue stringing and re-stringing services. If you are an existing client prior to August 1, 2024, we will continue to offer limited repair services for jewelry not bought at Jewelsmith (i.e., outside jewelry).

This change will allow us to better serve you by concentrating our efforts on producing high quality, innovative, original fine jewelry for you to proudly wear for a lifetime and beyond by passing on to future generations.

Rest assured, we will continue to provide the same level of exceptional service and dedication to our craft that you have come to expect.
