Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST Tuesday - Friday will be shipped on the day you purchase. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST, or on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday, Monday and holidays), will be shipped on the next business day.
Online Availability: Our online inventory is updated twice daily, but in the unlikely event that an item has already sold that you have purchased online, we will contact you and present you with options ranging from a refund to having a similar piece custom made for you.
Custom Versions: If this item has sold and/or you would like a similar item custom created for you, please email, call, text or make an appointment. We will give you an estimate for how long the custom process will take according to the particulars of the project. Generally, 6-8 weeks, but sometimes shorter deadlines can be accommodated. Note that some gemstones are one-of-a-kind and we may need to find a substitute with one that is different, but that you love.
