Aquamarine Donut Sapphire Diamond Reversible Pendant 18KY Platinum

Phil created two pendants in one with this aqua, sapphire and diamond reversible pendant. One side has textured yellow gold sheet and a diamond, the other textured platinum with a sapphire. Both sides show off the aquamarine donut and strips of shiny yellow gold.
