Tiffany believes in the power of transformation. She earned her BA from UNC in 1992, entered the jewelry industry in 1995, and is a Certified Sales Associate through the American Gem Society, with training in Countersketch 3D design software completed in 2015. She joined Jewelsmith in 1997 and became an employee-owner in 2022, when the studio transitioned to employee ownership. She enjoys taking inherited or forgotten jewelry and turning it into something that reflects the personality and style of the wearer. She hopes to have the honor of creating more memorable jewelry moments for her clients for at least another decade (we want her here for.ev.er!).

A standout experience as a jewelry designer was designing a jewelry collection using the themes "Memento Mori" and "Dante's Inferno" as inspiration. She loves the clean lines of all things modern, but also loves the stories and history of anything vintage. Aside from jewelry sales and design, she enjoys yoga and meditation.

One of her top five favorite designs is a bracelet made to hold an inherited brooch that was never worn as such. She designed and created a funky frame that opened to hold the brooch in its original form but made it fun, wearable, and totally spoke to the client's personality. Even better, the client could still wear it on rare, dressy special occasions as a brooch.
