Refund policy

We would love to help you find something that you do love! Text us or call and let us know what we can do to help.  

We will repair or replace any piece of jewelry created by us at no charge if your jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing defect or error in our workmanship. See our Warranty for more detailed information. If you believe your item is defective, please call or email Kristine. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for:

  • Refund - subject to conditions below (online purchases only)
  • Free Exchange - subject to conditions below (online or in-store)
  • Free Store Credit - subject to conditions below (online or in-store)

EXCEPTIONS:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a discount
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Items purchased with promo codes
  • Items marked “Consignment” or “Vintage”
  • Items that portions of proceeds go to charity, such as “Eno Collection” and “Durham Skyline”
  • Items marked non-returnable
  • Items that are custom-made or customized

REFUND:

  • Must be returned within 15 days of purchase
  • Will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Must have been purchased online. In-store purchases not eligible for refunds
  • Must be in original, unworn condition
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Can be returned to our physical location or shipped to the address below
  • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method as well as shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost items

FREE EXCHANGE:
