• Our online inventory is updated twice daily, but in the unlikely event that an item is sold that you have purchased online, we will contact you and present you with options ranging from a refund to having a similar piece custom made for you.

We gladly accept original, unworn items for exchanges or store credit only, within 30 days of purchase. The only exceptions are items marked “Sale,” “Vintage,” “Consignment” and items that are specifically marked in their listing as non-returnable, such as the Durham skyline pendant because it is made to order and a portion of the proceeds goes to charity.

We will repair or replace any piece of jewelry created by us at no charge if your jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing defect or error in our workmanship.

If your jewelry becomes worn, is damaged by neglect or an accident, we are happy to assist you in the repair or replacement of your piece and fees will apply.

We recommend having your jewelry cleaned and checked by a jeweler at least twice a year.
